So. Four workouts, each comprising a 20-minute "run", which is actually a run/walk/whatever.
Officially, I did one.
Unofficially, I'm counting it as just shy of three. I did Workout 1 on Wednesday, rode my bike on Thursday(for an hour, thankyouverymuch), walked for 17:39 Thursday night, and then did absolutely nothing yesterday or today.
Next week is five 20-minute runs. We'll see what happens.
Daylight savings time tonight. Yay for an extra hour of sleep.
And, 'cause I'm a firefighter, I have to remind y'all: When you change your clocks, check the batteries in your smoke detector. (That right there is as good a reason as any for keeping DST, by the way: it helps to remind people to check their smoke detector batteries twice a year.)
